Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership Team
Central London | Hybrid £50,000 + 10% Performance Bonus + Exceptional Benefits

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant with a background supporting senior leaders within the beauty, fashion, advertising, luxury, lifestyle or PR sectors?
Our client, a highly respected global organisation and one of the world's leading names within its industry, is seeking a polished, commercially minded Executive Assistant to join their Central London headquarters on an urgent basis.
This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment supporting senior executives and acting as a trusted business partner within an internationally recognised brand. The organisation is acknowledged as being among the top tier of companies within its sector globally. Inspired by the profile described in the role involves complex diary management, global travel coordination, executive communications, leadership support and high-level stakeholder engagement.
The Role
You will provide seamless support to senior leadership, ensuring their time is managed effectively and business priorities are delivered efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:
- Complex diary and calendar management
- International and domestic travel coordination
- Preparing presentations, reports and executive briefing packs
- Organising leadership meetings, events and offsites
- Managing confidential information with discretion
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting business projects and leadership initiatives
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and ambassador for the executive team
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior executives
- Previous experience within beauty, fashion, luxury, advertising, media or PR
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High levels of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
