Bilingual Clinical Learning Specialist

The Bilingual Clinical Learning Specialist role is an entry level position into the Learning and Performance on the clinical team. We are looking for a passionate Clinical Bilingual Learning Specialist to join our collaborative, globally distributed team.

This is your opportunity to be part of a team that genuinely cares about each other and the learners we serve. You'll be supported, mentored, and empowered to grow. If you're someone who questions assumptions, thinks critically, and brings fresh ideas to the table, we want to hear from you.

This position will be offered on a one-year fixed-term basis. At the conclusion of the assignment, the successful candidate will transition back to their current role.

What You'll Do

  • Needs Assessment: Conduct formal and informal assessments to identify training gaps and business needs from global stakeholders
  • Curriculum Design & Development: Design and build training programs and curricula from scratch — not just deliver pre-built content
  • Intake Management: Receive, evaluate, and prioritize training requests from business partners across multiple geographies using internal evaluation forms
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, clinical teams, and global colleagues to design solutions that meet diverse learning needs
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate training effectiveness and iterate on programs to improve learner outcomes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
