Opportunity for a Dynamic Executive Assistant

A wonderful opportunity for a dynamic Executive Assistant with experience managing client projects to join a boutique management consultancy specialising in leadership development and board consulting.

As EA/Project Coordinator you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders with an impressive client base, dynamic team and a thriving business opportunity.

You will be supporting two senior Consultants with their diaries, logistics including international travel and day to day administration alongside being part of a close knit team to ensure that the business is operating effectively and at the highest level. If you are looking for an EA role where you are integral to the success of the business then this could be the job for you.

Alongside your EA responsibilities this role is also acting as main point of contact for key clients and participants in the programmes, you will be working with c-suite and business leaders in this capacity and a confident and articulate communicator is required. Dealing with all logistics and project management for the client.

This is a newly created role arising as a result of the continued expansion of the business and working as part of a team of 5 EA's in this business you will also take the lead for organising events such as the Christmas and Summer parties, team away days etc. You will also be responsible for the office management this will involve liaising with the building manager and ensuring the working environment is great with well stocked snacks, kitchen supplies etc.

Many of the clients are based in Europe and you should be culturally sensitive and have a great eye for detail to ensure communication is clear and also that unusual names are spelt correctly etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an essay based subject
  • Experience in coordinating client facing projects which include complex scheduling across multiple time zones and locations and with many components.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent proof reading skills.

Salary

£70-80,000 plus benefits including discretionary bonus up to 10% of salary.

Location

The company are based in Hammersmith and offer the opportunity to work from home on up to 2 days a week. The company ask for all staff to be in the office on a Monday and Thursday, this is not negotiable.
