Are you an Early Career Teacher ready to begin your teaching career in a supportive London primary school?
Transparency Education is recruiting an enthusiastic ECT for a full-time primary teaching opportunity in Croydon from September.
This role would suit a newly qualified teacher who wants to develop their classroom practice, build strong relationships with pupils and become an active member of a school community.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
- Create an inclusive classroom in which pupils feel confident and motivated to learn.
- Assess progress and adapt teaching accordingly.
- Establish clear routines and positive behaviour expectations.
- Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues and senior leaders.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers.
- Participate in planning, training and wider school activities.

We Are Looking For
Applicants should:
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status, or be on track to achieve QTS.
- Be eligible to undertake an ECT induction.
- Have recent UK school-based teaching or placement experience.
- Demonstrate good curriculum knowledge.
- Have high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour.
- Be reflective, organised and keen to develop professionally.
- ECTs with strong placement experience are warmly encouraged to apply.
