Early Careers & Apprenticeship Advisor
Location: Flexible / Hybrid
Salary: Up to £30,000, depending on experience

We're looking for an Early Careers & Apprenticeship Advisor who can help turn activity into impact. This role is about supporting the business, keeping data accurate and visible, and helping colleagues understand and engage with our Early Careers and apprenticeship opportunities.
We need someone who thinks differently, respectfully challenges the norm and is confident getting out into the business. You'll spend time across our sites, working with teams face to face, so travel will be a key part of the role. You'll need to be resilient, adaptable and able to build relationships with operational teams while keeping the detail on track.

What you'll help make happen
- Support managers and HR teams with practical guidance, information and coordination around Early Careers and apprenticeship offers.
- Keep data accurate, up to date and easy to understand, helping the business see what is happening and where support is needed.
- Promote Early Careers and apprenticeship opportunities across the business, making sure teams know what is available and how to get involved.
- Track learner activity, starts, completions and key updates so colleagues have clear, reliable information.
- Help bring campaigns, events, work experience and social mobility activity to life through clear communication and strong follow-up.
What you'll bring
- Experience in apprenticeships, Early Careers, HR, L&D, employability, data coordination or programme administration.
- The confidence to challenge thinking constructively, ask the right questions and help teams find practical solutions.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to juggle lots of moving parts.
- Confidence using MS programmes, reporting systems and data to produce clear updates, insight and stories for the business.
- A proactive approach to communication, promotion and follow-up, helping activity reach the right people at the right time.
- Resilience, flexibility and the willingness to travel regularly to support teams and learners across different sites.

Desirable
- Experience supporting apprenticeship activity, learner tracking or programme administration.
- Knowledge of apprenticeship processes, learner records or provider communication.
- Experience working with schools, colleges or community organisations.
- Understanding of social mobility and barriers facing young people.
- Experience promoting initiatives, creating updates or supporting engagement across a busy business.
