Our client, a hugely successful US quant strategy hedge fund, is looking to hire a newly created ‘EMEA Early Careers Business Partner’ position into their HR function in London.
Reporting into the London HRD, the hire will step into a high impact and lean European team, in a multifaceted role taking ownership of talent management processes for the firm's EMEA early careers and emerging talent employee population. The hire will play a key role in managing the employee lifecycle for the firms EMEA Analyst and Graduate population as well as actively working to manage year end processes around performance management, talent development and internal mobility. There will be close liaison with the hire’s counterpart in the US office and also the Global Head of HR (who is also based in the US).

The hire will also play a key role in projects around process improvement and the automation of HR operations infrastructure whilst also working on exciting projects focused on talent attraction, improving the firms EVP for junior talent and working with managers to set development roadmaps for employees at a rapidly scaling firm.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience as an Early Careers Recruiter, Emerging Talent Associate or Early Careers Programme Manager with exposure supporting emerging talent populations and programmes. There is a strong preference for hedge fund / prop trading firm candidates, although broader FS / fin-tech candidates can be considered.
