Job Title: Early Careers Development Senior Advisor

Job Location: Sunbury/Canary Wharf (Hybrid)

Contract Length: Until 30th March 2027 (Possibility of extension)

Industry: Oil and Energy, People and Culture, Talent

Working Hours: 8 per day/ 40 per week

Role Overview

Interim project support for the design and delivery of a refreshed Early Careers experience across graduate, internship and apprenticeship populations. Working across multiple workstreams and stakeholders, the role will contribute to programme re-design, policy simplification and community-building activities. The ideal candidate will bring experience designing and facilitating learning experiences, managing stakeholders and delivering Early Careers programmes within complex, talent-focused organisations (e.g. banking, consulting, professional services).

What you will do

  • Support driving an RFP process to find a 3rd party to re-design our core early careers programme offer.
  • Apply early careers expertise and emerging best practice to support and challenge programme design and delivery activities of our chosen provider.
  • Contribute to the review and simplification of Early Careers policies, processes and ways of working.
  • Support the redesign and roll out of initiatives that strengthen community, inclusion, networking and engagement across Early Careers populations.
  • Design and facilitate learning events, workshops and engagement activities.
  • Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure high-quality programme delivery.
  • Support delivery of project milestones, governance activities and implementation plans across the programme offering squad.

What you will have

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.

  • Experience designing and facilitating learning, development and engagement interventions.

  • Experience using data, insights and participant feedback to drive improvements

Desirable Experience

  • Ideally, experience delivering Early Careers programmes within banking, financial services, consulting or professional services environments.
  • Ideally learning development experience
  • Ideally supplier management experience, working with external learning providers and programme vendors
  • Ideally experience supporting projects and programme transformations, organisational change or process improvement initiatives.
  • Ideally, experience working across global or multinational organisations.
