What We Do
STEF Langdons delivers chilled and frozen food to almost any location across the UK and Ireland within 24 hours, supported by 12 depots and a fleet of over 500 vehicles.
The Role
As an Early Careers Lead, you’ll lead STEF Langdons Early Careers strategy, helping to attract, develop and retain the next generation of talent. The role includes regular travel to STEF UK sites and educational partners.
- Oversee apprenticeships, graduate programmes, work experience and career development opportunities
- Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities and other partners
- Support talent development and succession planning across the business
- Oversee L&D administration to ensure training records, compliance and reporting are accurate and effective

You’ll need to be organised, proactive and confident building relationships, with the ability to engage people at all levels and continuously improve our early careers and development programmes.
What You’ll Need
- Level 3 CIPD or an early careers qualification
- Experience in talent development or learning and development
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, with confidence managing data, records and reporting
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive approach to developing and improving programmes
- Ability to influence and work collaboratively across the business
- A genuine passion for developing people and future talent
