Company: Sanctuary Grads & Apprentices

Location: Norwich

Role: Early Careers Recruitment Account Manager

Salary: OTE £35,000

Do you have a proven track record in recruitment or talent acquisition and thrive in fast-paced environments? Are you skilled at following structured processes to deliver consistent, high-quality results?

Who are Sanctuary Grads & Apprentices?

We’re Sanctuary Graduates & Apprentices - an award-winning team specialising in early careers and diversity recruitment. Our job is to help employers connect with the brightest graduates, interns and apprentices, and to make sure opportunity is open to everyone. We’ve built strong student networks, as well as partnerships with schools, universities and organisations like the Sutton Trust, to make this happen. Along the way, we’ve been trusted by some incredible clients - including KPMG, ghd, Müller, Markel Insurance, Baillie Gifford, JDE and many more - and we’re proud that so many of them choose to work with us year after year. At our heart, we’re a people-first business: we act as true partners to our clients, working as an extension of their team, and we celebrate every success together.

What is the Role?

As an Early Careers Recruitment Account Manager, you will play a vital role in leading graduate, intern, and apprentice recruitment campaigns for top-tier clients across a variety of industries. This is an end-to-end recruitment role with an operational focus (no business development involved). After our sales team onboards a new client, you will manage the entire process, from strategy development and marketing to candidate selection, assessment centre facilitation, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Own and manage multiple client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Provide consultative advice on recruitment strategy, attraction methods, and selection processes.
  • Lead client briefing meetings and update clients on campaign progress with actionable insights.
  • Present weekly reports on campaign performance and recruitment metrics.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
