Are you a transformation specialist with a passion for Early Careers?
Do you thrive in matrixed environments, turning high-level strategy into operational reality?
We are looking for an Early Careers Strategic Projects Lead to join the Randstad Enterprise Solutions global Center of Excellence (CoE). You will be the execution engine for a major transformation portfolio for one of our flagship global enterprise accounts, covering 31 countries and nearly 1,800 hires.
The Mission:
You won’t just be managing projects; you will be the driving force behind a global talent transformation. Your work will bridge the gap between our client’s strategic vision and the operational excellence required to deliver it. You will lead the charge on process engineering, technology optimization, and the design of market-leading Early-ID programs.
Why This Role Matters:
- Architect Change: Lead the end-to-end transformation of recruitment workflows, technology optimization (Avature & Workday), and assessment methodologies.
- Drive PMO Governance: Establish the global standard for project methodology, accountability, and reporting across a complex, multi-regional delivery team.
- Innovate Early-ID: Partner on the build-out of multi-year Early-ID insight programs and campus attraction frameworks that redefine the candidate experience.
- Solve Complex Challenges: From eliminating "off-system" hiring loops to streamlining global candidate funnels, you’ll bring clarity and structure to complex, ambiguous initiatives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
