The role:

We're looking for an experienced coordinator to join our Early Careers team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a busy, varied role at the heart of our trainee recruitment and development programmes, and we need someone who can hit the ground running from day one.

You'll play a key role in delivering a first-class candidate and trainee experience, supporting everything from assessment centres and vacation schemes through to trainee development activities and future trainee engagement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating assessment centres, interviews, candidate travel and recruitment events
  • Managing high-volume inboxes and responding to candidate and trainee queries
  • Supporting major trainee development processes, including inductions, seat moves, qualifications and secondments
  • Helping to deliver our vacation schemes, insight programmes and open days
  • Maintaining accurate records, processing invoices and managing reporting and spreadsheets
  • Producing offer documentation and onboarding support for future trainees
  • Supporting Early Careers marketing initiatives and social media activity

What we're looking for:

We're looking for a highly organised coordinator who is comfortable juggling multiple priorities and building relationships across the business.

You'll bring:

  • Previous experience in a busy coordination or administrative role, ideally within HR, recruitment or professional services
  • The confidence to work with senior stakeholders and manage competing demands
  • Outstanding organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to get stuck in wherever needed

Most importantly, you'll be someone who can quickly get up to speed, take ownership of your workload and make an immediate impact within a high-performing team.
