You’ll play an important role in creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where children can learn, explore, build confidence, and thrive.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A recognised Early Years / Childcare qualification (e.g. Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Educator, CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
- Previous experience working with babies, toddlers, or preschool children in a nursery or Early Years setting
- A good understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and child development
- A warm, patient, and nurturing approach to working with children
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- A commitment to creating engaging, appropriate learning experiences
- Relevant safeguarding/first-aid training would be an advantage

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting children’s learning and development through play
- Planning engaging activities
- Observing and recording progress
- Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
- Working closely with families and the wider nursery team
