Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3)

Market Harborough
Level 2: £26,561.60 per annum
Level 3: £27,830.40 per annum
40 hours per week (between 7:30am and 6:00pm)

We're recruiting for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery in the heart of Market Harborough. Set within a beautifully converted Victorian house, the nursery provides a nurturing environment where children can learn, explore and thrive through play.

About the Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play a key role in supporting children's learning and development, creating engaging activities and building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues. The nursery offers free-flow indoor and outdoor learning opportunities, well-resourced play areas and a child-centred approach to early years education.

About You

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Previous nursery or early years experience
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's development
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
