About the Role
We are recruiting experienced childcare professionals for flexible nanny and nursery opportunities throughout New Milton and the surrounding areas. This varied role is ideal for childcare professionals who enjoy working across different environments and want greater control over their working week.

- Work across different childcare environments, including nanny and nursery settings.
- Take on nanny work, nursery roles, or a mix of both.
- Provide professional childcare support in local opportunities across New Milton and other local areas such as Bournemouth, Christchurch, Lymington.
- Deliver rewarding work with flexibility and variety.
Qualifications
- Level 2, Level 3 or above childcare qualification
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
- Paediatric First Aid certificate
Required Skills
- Previous professional childcare experience
- Strong safeguarding and child development knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional, reliable and adaptable approach

Preferred Skills
- Previous sole-charge nanny experience
- Senior nursery experience at Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, Room Leader or Senior Nursery Practitioner level
Pay range and compensation package
£14.28 – £15.00 per hour — inclusive of holiday pay
