The team works in partnership with parents and caregivers, treating each child’s future as a shared responsibility and priority.
About the Role
The Early Years Educator is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role involves planning and delivering age-appropriate learning activities that support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. The educator will create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment, supervise children during play and structured learning, and observe and record developmental progress.

Daily responsibilities include:

- Communicating with families and colleagues
- Supporting routines
- Preparing learning materials
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the nursery’s curriculum and practices
The educator will also follow relevant safeguarding and health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with children, families, and colleagues
- Knowledge of early childhood development and experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting
- Creativity skills for designing engaging, play-based learning activities and adapting them to individual needs
- Organisation skills to manage routines, maintain records, and prepare learning environments effectively
- Relevant early years qualification (minimum Level 2 in Childcare/Early Years or equivalent) and understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices
- Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with families
- Patience, empathy, and a child-centered approach that promotes inclusion and respect for diversity
- Basic IT skills for documentation and communication; first aid training and previous nursery or school experience are beneficial
