Early Years Educator — Celebrate Messy Play, Creativity & Outdoor Adventures!
Location: New Milton and surrounding areas
Employer: Tinies Childcare Agency
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible Shifts - you control your working diary
Pay: £14.28 - £14.56 inclusive of holiday per hour, based on experience
About the Role
Do you believe the best learning happens when hands get busy, clothes get colourful, and curiosity leads the way? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner who loves nothing more than getting stuck in alongside children — sparking imaginations through messy play, joyful mark-making, and exploring the wonders of the great outdoors.
At Tinies, we know that mud, paint, chalk, and garden adventures aren’t just fun — they’re how children learn to communicate, create, and connect with the world around them. If your ideal day includes paint-splattered smiles, discovering mini-beasts in the flowerbeds, and watching a child’s confidence grow as they make their very first marks, this role is for you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
