About the role
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our team. You will help provide high-quality care and learning experiences, supporting children’s development in a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment. The working pattern will be full-time, Monday to Friday, within the nursery’s operating hours of 8am–6pm.

Responsibilities
- Plan and support engaging, age-appropriate activities through play.
- Support children’s social, emotional and cognitive development.
- Observe children’s progress and contribute to their learning records.
- Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Support children during daily routines, including meals, rest times and transitions.
- Contribute to the nursery’s curriculum and ongoing improvement.

About you
- You have a relevant Level 3 early years qualification or equivalent.
- You have experience working with young children in an early years or nursery setting.
- You understand safeguarding and health and safety responsibilities.
- You communicate well and work positively as part of a team.
- You are patient, organised and committed to children’s wellbeing and learning.
- You are willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
