Role Description

The Early Childhood Educator is a full-time, on-site role based in London. This position involves planning and delivering age-appropriate learning activities that support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. The educator will facilitate learning, create a nurturing classroom environment, and ensure that daily routines are safe, structured, and engaging. Responsibilities include observing and documenting children’s progress, communicating regularly with families, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum and events, and maintaining high standards of safeguarding and care.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including clear communication with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of early childhood development and experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
  • Creativity skills to design playful, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning activities.
  • Organisation skills to manage classroom routines, maintain records, and plan lessons effectively.
  • Relevant childcare or early years qualification (Minimum Level 3)
  • Understanding of bilingual or multicultural education is an advantage.
  • Commitment to safeguarding, child protection, and inclusive practices.
  • Mandarin fluency is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate within a team and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.
