Us…(obviously, I’m biased)
I really believe we are building something that is going to be awesome.

Today, we are authorised and regulated by the FCA to give investment advice to professional investors. Will Bridgewick Partners ultimately end up as a Family Office, Wealth Manager or solving some other hard problem in this sector? I can’t tell you that for sure.

What I do know is that we get to sit at the table with people that are leaders in their field and provide them with a bunch of value. Repeating that over and over again usually means you win.

You…

  • Want to spend a good chunk of your life figuring things out, learning and being challenged.
  • Might have lots of experience, or only a little. We care more about how good you will become.
  • Ideally understand accounting, investing or compliance, but you don't have to.
  • Are smart. That doesn't mean you know everything. It means you need to be taught once by someone that does know, or are willing to find the answer.
  • Aren't motivated by short-term financial incentives, but are 100% long-term greedy.
  • Wouldn't mind reconciling bank statements in Xero, then scripting a podcast episode, before meeting with a Hedge Fund manager to learn about their fund, finishing the day helping one of the Partners clean the coffee machine.
  • Can work hard. Not all the time. But when you need to and there is a good reason to do so.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
