The Opportunity
The Vision of the Access and Innovation team is to help people live longer, healthier lives by collaborating internally and partnering externally to enable wide-scale adoption of sustainable innovations into the health systems. We do this via 3 strategic pillars:
- Effective system engagement
- Accelerate the commercialisation of high medical value (HMV) solutions

- Medical education and content development: Assist in drafting, updating, and reviewing balanced, high-quality educational materials, training modules, and clinical slide decks for healthcare professionals and internal teams.
- Scientific engagement and event support: Support the execution of medical congresses, advisory boards, and scientific meetings by drafting speaker briefings, preparing presentation assets, and capturing actionable clinical insights.
- Medical information and scientific enquiries: Draft timely, compliant, and evidence-based responses to technical and clinical inquiries from healthcare professionals.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
