The Position
Early in Career Development Programme - Associate Sales Specialist, Sales & Account Management, UK Diagnostics
Job title: Associate Sales Specialist, Sales & Account Management Development Programme
Location: Field-Based
Length of programme: 2 years (September 2027 - August 2029)

The Opportunity
As an Associate Sales Specialist, you will drive strategic business growth and customer retention by fostering cross-functional collaboration across all Roche business areas. Combining technical expertise with advanced sales techniques, you will build strong partnerships and engage effectively with key stakeholders at all levels across complex pathology networks.

Who are you
To be successful in this opportunity, applicants should also have:
- Recent graduate (BSc or MSc) in areas such as the fields of Business, Marketing and Life Sciences
- You are a self-motivated team member who proactively identifies opportunities and makes informed decisions to improve business outcomes and customer experiences while maintaining strict adherence to company policy.
- Commercially astute, you leverage market data and financial insights to drive profitable growth that balances long-term business sustainability with affiliate goals.
- As a collaborative team player, you build strong interpersonal relationships and networks across all levels and functions to drive collective success.
- Thriving in a fast-paced commercial environment, you remain adaptable and resilient while navigating changing priorities with confidence.

You will take part in a recorded video interview, where you will be presented with questions and record your answer to support your application

You will take part in our full day in person assessment centre at our Roche offices in Burgess Hill, Sussex. Further details will be provided if successful.
