The Position

Early in Career Development Programme - [Transformation & Operational Excellence], UK Diagnostics

Job title: Graduate Project Excellence Manager

Location: Burgess Hill, Sussex, UK

Length of programme: 2 years (September 2027 - August 2029)

The Opportunity

Transformation & Operational Excellence strives to ensure our business runs as effectively and efficiently as possible for the benefit of our customers, employees, and society.

The Project Excellence Team focuses on:

DELIVERY

  • Delivers projects identified via the Project Portfolio Board
  • Uses Project Management methodologies
  • Ensures tangible & intangible benefits are used to validate delivery

CAPABILITY BUILDING

  • Coaches colleagues through Project Management accreditations and delivery
  • Builds knowledge tools, trains colleagues on how to use the tools in practice and implement a change mindset within their teams

BUSINESS PARTNERING

  • Provides support to business functions via regular catch ups and coaching

The Graduate Project Excellence Manager supports programs, deliver projects, and training.

Key responsibilities

  • Liaise with Program / Project / Process Excellence Manager to support/ lead program / project delivery
  • Support/lead training and workshops

Who you are

To be successful in this opportunity, applicants should also have:

  • Recent graduate (BSc or Masters) - degree agnostic
