An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the dynamic and innovative Liverpool Service as an Early Intervention Coordinator.

please note Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

About the role

  • Lead on the coordination and delivery of the service’s universal, early intervention, prevention & education offers
  • To increase visibility and accessibility of the service amongst children, young people, families, and partners with the aim of increasing referrals into service for specialist support
  • The coordination and delivery of group work, outreach, training and other programmes of work relevant to the role.
  • To develop and maintain excellent working relationships with appropriate local partners to ensure quality delivery
  • To devise and implement innovative methods to maximise engagement particularly amongst hard to reach or marginalised individuals/communities
  • To develop and deliver group work and training programmes aimed at creating awareness of the service alongside delivering early intervention key messages
  • To analyse and scrutinise data to identify gaps in areas where the service can take a proactive approach to engagement.
  • To be responsible for proactively generating and increasing referrals from relevant partners including utilising data to target specific services/provisions
  • Ensure effective and consistent service user involvement including co-production
  • To support the coordination and development of the service’s social media activity.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate collection, recording and reporting of specified data.
  • Ensure that all aspects of confidentiality are adhered to and that consent to share Information is a key element to building trusting therapeutic alliances.

About you

  • Excellent engagement skills, a strong understanding of safeguarding, and a commitment to reducing harm and promoting resilience in young people.
  • Experience of working with young people in 121 and/or group settings.
  • Experience of working in an outcomes-focussed environment.
  • Ability to forge strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Experience of and ability to achieve against key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the role.
  • Ability to liaise and work in partnership with a wide range of professionals and agencies including Children’s Services, schools, primary care
  • The ability to accurately update and maintain records in a timely fashion and to work to deadlines for the submission of information, e.g. reports
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively, verbally and in writing
