Early Talent Advisor | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Birmingham (Hybrid)

Omni are currently mandated on the following vacancy - Early Talent Advisor to join a leading organisation responsible for operating and improving critical national infrastructure across England.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced early talent professional to take ownership of a broad portfolio of graduate and apprenticeship programmes, working with stakeholders across a large and complex organisation.

The role will include:

  • Managing early talent programmes and acting as the subject matter expert
  • Supporting graduates, apprentices and line managers throughout the talent lifecycle
  • Managing relationships with training providers and external suppliers
  • Leading early talent projects, events and development initiatives
  • Supporting onboarding and registration with training providers
  • Developing communications and guidance for early talent programmes
  • Managing data, reporting and programme insights
  • Driving continuous improvement across early talent initiatives

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience managing graduate, apprenticeship, internship or early talent programmes
  • Knowledge of apprenticeships and apprenticeship levy funding
  • Experience working within a large or complex organisation
  • Strong project and supplier management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused approach

Location: Birmingham – hybrid, minimum 2 days per week in the office
Contract: 12-month fixed term
