Role
This is a fixed-term maternity cover role for seven months, working three days a week (fractional). Flexibility on which days will be required to ensure client delivery.
As part of our Early Talent function, our development team works on making sure our clients programmes ignore the ordinary. Over the last three years, we have shaped the L&D for clients like Frasers Group, Accenture, Aviva, Microsoft and HaysMac. Our understanding of what makes a best-in-class Early Careers programme is bolstered by our Early Talent Attraction and Recruitment teams, as we connect all the pillars an Early Talent strategy needs.

In this role, you'll play a key part in the continuous improvement of our existing Early Talent programmes, whilst helping to design a number of new offerings. You'll be hands-on in high-impact delivery, client relationships and facilitation, and you'll line manage one direct report, supporting their development and day-to-day work.
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running: confident in L&D design and delivery, comfortable managing client relationships, and ready to bring fresh thinking to both our current and new programmes.
What Will You Spend Your Time Doing?
- Continuously improve and iterate on our existing development offering, ensuring programmes remain high quality and relevant
- Support the design of new Early Talent and management programmes, bringing creative ideas and L&D expertise to shape what's next
- Own the delivery and evaluation of our clients' Early Careers behavioural skills programmes
- Along with our Early Talent Facilitation Manager, lead the facilitation of client workshops, creating inclusive and psychologically safe environments where participants have the opportunity to grow
- Line manage one direct report, coaching them to develop their facilitation capability, client management and technical knowledge
- Build trusted partnerships with client stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery and evolution of development programmes
- Ensure our programmes ignore the ordinary and deliver an excellent experience for those on the programme, helping change the way people think about work and working with Wiser's creatives to help you get there
- Work alongside our client strategy team and leadership to win new client business, both for our current offering and for new programmes
- Be based in our London HQ three days a week, with flexibility required on which days you're in. The role will also require flexibility to travel nationwide to lead facilitations for our clients

Qualifications
- 5+ years learning & development experience
- Experience improving, evolving and delivering a learning proposition across multiple clients or programmes, ideally within an early careers context
- Experience of line management and performance coaching
- Proven skill in managing multiple work streams
- A coaching, facilitation or CIPD qualification (desirable, but not essential)
