We are seeking a caring, creative, and organised Early Years Apprentice to join our team. You will support children’s physical, emotional, and intellectual development, promote independence through a “help me, help myself” approach, and ensure inclusive, high-quality care for every child.

You will be responsible for:

- Caring for and supervising children in a safe, nurturing environment
- Be taught how to plan and prepare engaging activities tailored to individual needs
- Learn how to work closely with parents to set and review developmental targets
- Be supported in communicating effectively with colleagues to support best practice
- Promote equality and inclusion, challenging discrimination and ensuring all children have equal opportunities regardless of background, ability, or belief
