Salary: National Apprenticeship Wage (£8.00)
Location: Nursery settings across Fulham & Putney, South West London
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Qualification: Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship

This is an exciting opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining valuable hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Early Years Apprentice, you will support experienced nursery practitioners to:

  • Create a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for children
  • Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Assist with daily routines including mealtimes, activities, and personal care
  • Observe and record children’s progress
  • Promote children’s wellbeing, safety, and development

What We’re Looking For

  • School leavers looking to start their career in Early Years
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • A genuine passion for working with young children
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, professional, and willing to learn
  • GCSEs (or predicted grades) in English and Maths are desirable but not essential
