Salary: National Apprenticeship Wage (£8.00)
Location: Nursery settings across Fulham & Putney, South West London
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Qualification: Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship

Are you leaving school this year and looking for a rewarding career where you can make a real difference? We are looking for enthusiastic, caring, and motivated individuals to join nursery settings across Fulham and Putney as Level 3 Early Years Apprentices.
This is an exciting opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining valuable hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Early Years Apprentice, you will support experienced nursery practitioners to:

- Create a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for children
- Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Assist with daily routines including mealtimes, activities, and personal care
- Observe and record children’s progress
- Promote children’s wellbeing, safety, and development
What We’re Looking For
- School leavers looking to start their career in Early Years
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, professional, and willing to learn
- GCSEs (or predicted grades) in English and Maths are desirable but not essential
