£19,652.38 - £25,750.70 per annum / pro rata

South Staffordshire College is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Early Years Practitioner to support, teach, and assess apprentices working towards Level 3 Early Years Educator and L5 Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship Standards.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful Early Years team. The role involves delivering teaching across Tamworth and Cannock campuses, conducting workplace reviews and observations, and preparing apprentices for End Point Assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong communication skills
- Teamwork
- Ability to work independently
Requirements:
- Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or DTTLS)
- Assessor qualification (A1 or equivalent)
- Experience teaching at Level 3
- Experience assessing in the workplace is desirable
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel
- Familiarity with Smart Assessor is an advantage; however, training can be provided.
