Early Years Assistant – Bright Horizons Raynes Park Day Nursery and Preschool

Salary: Starting from £28,184 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience) Location: Raynes Park, London

About the Role

We’re seeking an Early Years Assistant to join our Raynes Park nursery, conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Raynes Park train station, with excellent public transport links. Parking is also available nearby.

What You’ll Do

As an Early Years Assistant, you’ll partner with a supportive team to nurture babies and children up to age 5. Your responsibilities include:

  • Designing interactive adventures and play sessions
  • Fostering curious minds through fun learning activities
  • Supporting key milestones alongside colleagues

What We’re Looking for

  • Previous experience with children (e.g., Nursery Bank Staff, Childminder, Tutoring), though not strictly required
  • A passion for:
    • Making learning fun and engaging
    • Building trust-based relationships with both colleagues and parents
    • Using your communication skills (pianchildren and adults)
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
