As Our Early Years Educator, You Will
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS and First Steps curriculum.
- Support children to develop our RECIPE characteristics: Resilient, Empathetic, Curious, Independent, Passionate and Educated.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Create stimulating learning experiences that inspire curiosity and independence.

- A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Experience working with young children.
- A passion for early years education and child development.
- A commitment to high-quality practice and safeguarding.
