What we’re looking for
You’ll Ideally Have
- An Early Years qualification that meets the approved ‘full and relevant’ criteria for inclusion within staff-to-child ratios
- Experience working with children in an Early Years or nursery setting
- A genuine passion for helping young children learn, develop and thrive
- A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- A thorough understanding of safeguarding
- The ability to build warm, positive relationships with children and colleagues
- A flexible and proactive approach to working in different settings

The role
Depending On The Placement, You May
- Provide high-quality care, learning and support for young children
- Support children’s physical, emotional, social and intellectual development
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning and play activities
- Observe and support children’s individual development
- Help maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive Early Years environment
- Support children with personal and intimate care where required
- Work collaboratively with nursery and Early Years teams
- Follow the setting and Ripple Education safeguarding procedures at all times
