Early Years Educator Apprenticeship (E)
Working in a childcare setting with children ranging from ages 0 - 5, you will be working towards an Advanced Diploma Early Years. Your apprenticeship will last for 14 months and requires dedication, commitment, and punctuality.

Responsibilities
- Creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment for children.
- Teaching within the EYFS requirements.
- Partaking in a range of indoor and outdoor activities.
- Supporting children with self-care needs (feeding, personal hygiene).
- Communicating with team members and parents.
- Liaising with external customers and parents.
- Providing a high level of service for the childcare setting.
- Supporting the development of the childcare provision.
- Providing challenging and stimulating activities for children.
- Responsibility for equal opportunity in delivery.
- Supporting children's learning and development.
- Supporting children's self-help needs.
- Being creative and enthusiastic.
- Following safeguarding rules and regulations.
- Undertaking the role and responsibilities of a key person.
- Applying legislation, policy, and procedure to protect the health, safety, and wellbeing of children.
- Applying the principles of risk assessment and risk management.
- Teaching children to develop skills to manage risk and maintain safety.
- Using a range of communication methods with other professionals.
- Developing and maintaining effective professional relationships.
- Providing sensitive and respectful personal care.
- Advocating for all children's needs, including SEND or EAL support.
- Promoting and facilitating children's interpersonal communication.
- Supporting children to develop a positive sense of their own identity and culture.
- Supporting children to understand and respond to emotions and make considered choices.
- Assessing the responsiveness of the environment for effective child-centred experiences.
- Creating inclusive, child-centred, dynamic, innovative, and evolving physical environments.
- Creating inclusive and supportive emotional environments.
- Applying strategies to support children's ability to manage change, transition, and significant events.
- Analysing observation evidence to assess and plan individual learning.
- Facilitating and supporting child-centred opportunities and experiences.
- Providing adult-led opportunities and experiences.
- Using reflection for professional and personal development.
