A brand-new, family-focused nursery is looking for a qualified Early Years Educator to join its dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ready to inspire young minds, encourage curiosity, and support children to thrive in a warm and nurturing environment.
The Role
As an Early Years Educator, you will provide high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You will help create a caring, playful and stimulating environment where every child feels valued, supported and encouraged to reach their potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional care and education in accordance with the EYFS.
- Supporting the individual needs, development and wellbeing of each child.
- Planning and delivering engaging activities that encourage learning through play.
- Creating a warm, safe and inclusive environment.
- Building positive and trusting relationships with children and their families.
- Communicating openly and professionally with parents and carers.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to support the smooth running of the nursery.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and promoting children’s welfare.

About You
The successful candidate will:
- Hold at least a Level 2 UK-recognised early years qualification.
- Have a strong understanding of the EYFS.
- Have extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
- Be passionate, caring and enthusiastic about early years education.
- Have a creative and engaging approach to learning through play.
- Be able to build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Work well as part of a team while also using initiative.
- Be reliable, professional and committed to providing high standards of care.
