Then My Ohana has the perfect role for you! 💛 We run the IKEA Crèches across the UK & Ireland, and we're looking for part-time Crèche Practitioners to join our brilliant team. If you're flexible, creative and love seeing little faces light up, we'd love to hear from you! 🎨✨
The Role at a Glance
- Role: Early Years Practitioner
- Hours: 20 hours per week (including weekends)
- Location: IKEA Bristol
- Salary: £13.78 an hour

A Day in Your Shoes
- Engaging children in fun, educational play through a variety of exciting activities
- Supporting the Manager in planning and delivering our activity programme
- Communicating professionally and warmly with colleagues, clients and parents
- Managing the safe entry and exit of children
- Stepping up as a Key Worker when required
What You'll Need to Shine
- Experience working with children aged 3 to 11 years
- A minimum Level 3 childcare qualification, or Playworker Level 3 (pre-2014)
- Creative flair to contribute to activity planning
- Great communication skills with children and parents alike
- A true team player attitude
- The confidence to step up into a supervisory role when needed
