Location: Golders Green / Finchley (NW11), North London

Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm

Are you an experienced Early Years Educator looking for an outstanding role in North London with a clear path for professional growth?

As well as making sure they have the best facilities, this provider continuously invests in their staff to ensure they receive ongoing support, quarterly supervision, and annual appraisals. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate EYFS activities tailored for the Pre-School room.
  • Implement a strong working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to track, observe, and support children's progress.
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom setting.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with team members, parents, and carers to deliver premium care.

What We Need From You

  • Qualification: Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experience: Proven experience working with children under five in a UK childcare setting.
  • Knowledge: Excellent, practical understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Teamwork: Strong communication skills and a passion for working collaboratively.
  • Requirement: Must hold the permanent Right to Work in the UK.
