Are you ready to dream big and join our exciting new Nursery, leading the way by reshaping Early Years provision?

It began as a dream, to develop a childcare setting of the highest quality. To offer children the freedom of opportunities in nature. Where children are enthused to be offered highly nutritious food where they have contributed to the growing and preparation. To develop a generation of independent thinkers, big dreamers, and lifelong learners. We wanted to change the way Early Years education was delivered. With career-driven individuals who light up a room with enthusiasm. Where children and practitioners become our family and are prepared for the ever-changing world ahead of them.

What will you be doing day to day?

The Early Years Educator / Practitioner provides a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to promote their social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development. They create and implement an age-appropriate curriculum, observe and assess children's progress, communicate with parents or guardians, and ensure a safe and supportive learning atmosphere.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
