We are seeking a passionate Early Years Educator to join our ‘Outstanding’ Nursery team (OFSTED, 2023). In this role, you will be a key worker for our 2-year-olds and rising 3-year-olds, creating engaging, high-quality learning experiences through play and interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key worker for a small group of 2-year-olds and/or rising 3-year-olds.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences through play and interaction.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Build positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues to support children’s development and wellbeing.
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
- Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, intimate care, and transitions.
- Contribute to planning meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience
- A relevant qualification (such as a Level 3 Early Years Educator, Level 3 Childcare or NNEB) is desirable.
- A good general standard of education including GCSE English and Maths to Grade C/4 or equivalent.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is essential.
