Salary & Working Arrangements
- Salary: Up to £27,262 per year
- Bonus: Potential to earn an additional £1,000
- Hours: Option of a 4-day or 5-day working week

As an Early Years Educator (Unqualified), you’ll join a collaborative team to create a safe, nurturing, and joyful learning environment where children can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Support children during play, learning activities, and daily routines
- Design engaging experiences that spark curiosity and development
- Collaborate with your team to maintain a welcoming, organised, and safe nursery
- Foster strong bonds with children and their families
- Help children build confidence, independence, and wellbeing
