Early Years Educator (Unqualified)
Location: Fennies, Blyth Road
Salary: Up to £27,262 per year Bonus: Potential to earn a further £1,000 in bonus
Contract: 4-day or 5-day working week available

As an Early Years Educator, you’ll support our experienced team in creating safe, nurturing, and fun environments where children can thrive every day.
Responsibilities
Your role will involve:
- Supporting children during play, learning activities, and daily routines.
- Helping create engaging experiences that encourage curiosity and development.
- Working closely with your team to maintain a safe, organised, and welcoming nursery.
- Building warm relationships with children and their families.
- Supporting children’s confidence, independence, and wellbeing in a supportive environment.
Every day is unique—you may be helping with creative activities, outdoor play, or supporting learning moments that develop new skills in children.
