Do you believe every child deserves the best possible start in life? We are looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Lead to join our friendly team in Bradford. In this rewarding role, you will support children's learning and development through the delivery of high-quality play and learn sessions and creche provision. You will play a key role in creating a stimulating and nurturing environment where children can thrive, while helping families build confidence in supporting their children's early learning.

Main duties:
- Lead and deliver high-quality EYFS focused play and learn sessions and creche provision.
- Support children's learning, development, and well-being in a safe and inclusive environment.
- Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and families.
- Encourage family engagement in children's learning through creative and meaningful activities.
- Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and organisation policies are followed at all times.
Essential criteria:
- Childcare qualification at Level 3 or above with a good understanding of EYFS and child development
- Experience of delivering children and family sessions
- Ability to deliver to the EYFS welfare requirements
- An understanding of the value and importance of home learning and the ability to encourage parental involvement
- Ability to work as a member of a team and on own initiative
