Nursery: Grimsbury Manor Nursery School, Banbury, OX16 3JX

Hours

Full Time, 40 Hours per week

Salary

£12.90ph to £13.70ph Salary based on experience and qualifications

How You’ll Spend Your Time Here

  • You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children.
  • Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily.
  • Whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions.
  • Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.
  • You’ll also deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.

About You

  • A true love for child development and care
  • Willing and able to work in a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management, your peers and parents
  • High levels of care and empathy that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Must hold a full and relevant Early Years Qualification at Level 3
