Job Level & Salary
Salary Level 2: £25,896 – £26,728 p/a (dependant on qualifications and experience)
Salary Level 3: £26,915 – £31,720 p/a (dependant on qualifications and experience)

Chineham, Hampshire 📍 Situated in Chineham Business Park, Basingstoke, accessible by bus, car or on foot.

About the Nursery

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Plan, create, and implement engaging activities tailored to key milestones for children

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver personalised play-based learning experiences
- Nurture independent thinking and expression in young children
- Maintain detailed records of progress towards developmental targets
- Work closely with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure continuity of care
Requirements
- Full, relevant Level 2 or higher qualification in Early Years OR An apprenticeship or NVQ (3 or higher preferred)
- Passion for creating fun, inclusive, and stimulating learning environments
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- A deep understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Ability to build trust with children, families, and colleagues
