Nursery – Early Years Practitioner (Bright Horizons Springfields)
Salary: £26,915+ per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience) Location: Lichfield, Staffordshire (WS13 7BJ)

We’re seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join our Springfields Nursery.

The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, your core responsibilities will include:

- Planning, creating, implementing, and reflecting on engaging, child-centred activities tailored to each child’s unique needs, ensuring progress toward key developmental milestones.
- Designing a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and a lifelong passion for learning.
- Nurturing a supportive atmosphere where children feel free to express themselves while intellectually engaging with their world.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A full, relevant Level 3 (or higher) Early Years qualification.
- A passion for creating fun, inclusive, and stimulating learning experiences for young children.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Core safeguarding and child protection understanding.
- Excellent relational skills—essential for building trust with colleagues, parents, caregivers, and children.
- A real commitment to early years education and a belief in the transformative power of play-based learning.
