Early Years Practitioner – Rugby Day Nursery
Location: Bright Horizons Rugby Day Nursery Address: Rugby, CV21 4BW Schedule: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday) Salary: £28,080 - £29,203.20 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)
About the Role

Our 63-place nursery in Rugby offers a bright, engaging space with cosy reading corners, creativity stations, role-play areas, and an outdoor space for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our team—someone who will:
- Create dynamic, age-specific activities to support children’s development.
- Foster a safe, nurturing space where kids can explore, learn, and grow.
- Build trust with parents, peers, and colleagues to deliver world-class care.

Responsibilities
As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll:
- Design, implement, and reflect on engaging, individualised activities to support children’s milestone progress.
- Maintain a safe, stimulating environment encouraging creativity, exploration, and learning.
- Develop collaborative relationships with parents, colleagues, and caregivers.
- Honour safeguarding policies at all times, ensuring child protection practices are upheld.
Essential Requirements
We’re seeking candidates with: ✔ Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent). ✔ Passion for early child development and creating a fun, inclusive learning experience. ✔ A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. ✔ Deep knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and statutory requirements. ✔ Empathy and communication skills—excellent at building trust with families and teams.
