Woodbridge Primary School
- Address: Woodbridge, Suffolk IP12 1SS
- Salary: £27,274 per annum (pro rata)
- Hours: Part time, 31 hours and 40 minutes per week, working 11.30 am - 3.30 pm in our Nursery and 3.30 pm - 5.50 pm, in our After School Club, 38 weeks per year
- Contract: Fixed Term Contract up to 31 August 2027 to cover Maternity Leave, with the possibility of an extension, subject to business requirements, required as soon as possible

Woodbridge Primary School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Years Practitioner to join our wonderful nursery team.
We are a one form entry school, with its own Nursery, that prides itself on being at the heart of the community.
We strive to prepare our children for a future in which they can achieve success and make a positive contribution to their communities and the wider World.
Developing the ‘whole’ child is key for us in creating well-rounded individuals who will flourish in life. We believe that children learn best when they are happy and safe, surrounded by a caring, passionate staff team and supportive peers.
You'll have excellent knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) and be passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive. We need someone who believes wholeheartedly in inclusion, that every child belongs, and has the ability to promote positive relationships with pupils, parents/carers and staff alike.

What you will need
- A Level 2 or above Early Years Childcare Qualification from the approved DFE (Department for Education) list.
- Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
- A Paediatric First aid certificate.
- A Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene certificate (or willingness to complete).
