At Nurtured Childcare, we’re looking for a caring, enthusiastic and creative Early Years Practitioner to become an important part of our nursery team. 💷 Salary: £12.71 per hour
🕘 Hours: 40 hours per week

The Role:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the children in your care and creating a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment where they can flourish.
You’ll be the first point of contact for your key children and their families, while also becoming their games maker, singing partner, adventure companion and trusted source of reassurance.

You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Build strong, trusting relationships with your key children and their families.
- Create exciting and imaginative experiences that encourage children to explore, play and learn.
- Support children as they develop their confidence, independence and understanding of the world around them.
- Take part in magical explorations as children create fantasy worlds in our gardens and beautifully designed rooms.
- Observe and document children’s experiences and development, sharing meaningful feedback with parents.
- Continue developing your own knowledge and qualifications with the support of experienced colleagues.

Essential
- Level 2 Early Years qualification.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- A caring, patient and nurturing approach.
- A willingness to learn and develop within your early years career.
- The ability to work as part of a supportive team.
- A commitment to safeguarding and maintaining high standards of care.
