We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner who is passionate about fostering a lifelong love of learning and who shares our vision for developing curious, confident young learners, to join our Early Years team on a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2027.

Description

Dulwich Prep & Senior is an exciting place to work. With over 800 pupils, it has been the largest boys’ prep school in the UK and is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of the world’s most cosmopolitan city. In September 2025, we launched our own Senior School, and boys can now stay with us until GCSE.

The School’s strength is its community: our staff, who are professional, passionate, and brilliantly collegiate (CPD is massively important); our pupils, who are inquisitive, challenging learners with a spring in their step; and our families, who are hugely supportive, appreciative, and ambitious.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
