We’re the London Early Years Foundation, or LEYF Nurseries for short; a family of 43 nurseries. Our people love working for us because we focus on the child and their family and give them the best start in life.

If you're a Level 3 (or above) Early Years Teacher with an eye on becoming a Room Manager, even if you're not quite there yet, we would love to hear from you. We’re offering a nurturing development pathway that could see you ready to step into a Room Manager role in as little as 6 months.

You'll have a personalised development plan, tailored to you. This could include:

  • One-to-one coaching from your manager
  • Buddying with an experienced Room Manager (in your nursery or another nearby)
  • On-the-job learning experiences
  • Specialist training from our London Institute of Early Years

About The Nursery

Rated Good by Ofsted, London Fields Nursery and Pre-School provides Early Years education and care to children from birth to 5 years old.

You can find us in Hackney, not far from London Fields station. We’re a roomy nursery, with separate areas for babies, toddlers and Pre-Schoolers. We have lots of space for all-weather outdoor play.

The children enjoy a wide range of activities, including messy arts play, gardening, woodwork, science experiments, chopping veg in our home corner using real utensils, obstacle courses, cooking and more

You Will Need

  • Level 3 or above childcare qualification
  • The right to work in the UK
  • An ability to safeguard and protect children
  • To be positive, adaptable and friendly
