Bright Horizons New Eltham Day Nursery and Preschool Early Years Practitioner


Role Overview Are you passionate about driving a culture built on HEART (Honesty, Excellence, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork) while shaping the next generation? Bright Horizons is seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join its New Eltham Nursery, located conveniently near New Eltham station and bus links.


Key Details

  • Salary: From £14.41 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
  • Hours & Flexibility: Ideal for part-time roles—whether 20 hours over 5 days or 24/30 hours over 3 days.
  • Location: Eltham, London.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking dynamic individuals with the following strengths:

  • Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
  • Passion for fostering fun, inclusive learning environments
  • **Deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Vigilance in safeguarding, child protection, and promoting welfare*
  • Strong team orientation—able to build trust with colleagues and parents/guardians
