ROLE SUMMARY
Parson’s Green Nursery is an independent nursery dedicated to providing exceptional early childhood education in a warm, family-oriented environment. Our experienced team nurtures each child’s unique talents and fosters confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning from the very start.
With a strong focus on individual development, we encourage children to explore their interests, express themselves freely, and build essential skills for their future. Our supportive approach, combined with a rich and engaging curriculum, lays the foundation for academic and personal success. At Parson’s Green Nursery, every child is valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.
We value hands-on exploration, offering free play, sensory activities, and open-ended learning using natural resources. Literacy and numeracy are supported through White Rose Maths and Jolly Phonics. Enrichment activities, including ballet, football, French, and music, further enhance the children's experience. By nurturing curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to explore, we prepare children with the skills and confidence to thrive in their next educational journey.
We are now looking for early years educators to join the team. The nursery is split across two locations in Parsons Green: 22 Cortayne Road SW6 3QA and 630 Fulham Road, SW6 5RS. The working hours are 40 hours per week and can be done over four days or five days.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
